Thanks for giving so many of our Camp staff their first opportunity to experience the satisfaction of building, fixing and maintaining physical spaces. They learned about the tremendous pride of serving the Camp with their own two hands, some well-loved tools and very old trucks. You showed them how to work in teams, while having loads of fun. Thank you for opening new career opportunities for many of our staff who would otherwise never have gained this exposure. Wishing you a well-deserved retirement with Karen and your whole family.

Vince, Your contribution to Camp Moshava will live on forever!.
I remember coming to come one day in the spring. Nobody was around but I saw your truck near the old girls shower house. You had jacked up the building with what looked to me, like a flimsy car jack. You were under the cabin trying to level the building . All I could think about was the scene from the Wizard of Oz, when the building falls on the wicked witch....and all you see are her legs hanging out! Thankfully the shower house was levelled and you were safe!
You have been part of the Moshava Family for so long. Best of luck to you and Karen and the entire family. Finally, you can enjoy the summer.

Vince, It's been a true honour and pleasure to work for you during the last two summers. Between working on the yearly plugah projects, laughing at Eli, Abie and I for our failed attempts to fix the shekem roof, and giving us motorcycle rides, you've given me endless memories and skills to take with me into the future. Best of luck to you and your family!

Where do I begin? 15 years of working together and not a harsh word passed between us. I am so lucky that I got to work with such a dedicated man who never said no (even when i banged on your door at all hours of the night). I wish you and Karen only happiness and good health and remember - raccoons are our friends 😉

Vince, thank you for being able to fix anything and everything. But thank you the most for your kindness, your calmness and your friendship. You will

Dearest Vince. Thank you for being a great boss and friend during the summer of 1996 when I worked plugah with Howie and Tova. You taught me how to shingle a roof and gave me my first motocycle ride. I wish you all the best!
Sincerely, Joe Krasman
